A rather irate French chap got his revenge on a landlord who was withholding a deposit by destroying his apartment with a sledgehammer.
He also filmed the incident complete with rousing operatic accompaniment and uploaded it onto the internet.
In it he can be seen explaining his frustration to a cameraman, saying he is being denied a $2500 (£1527) deposit.
He then goes mental with a very large hammer, taking out mirrors, a toilet and quite a few walls.
It is not known if he got his deposit back.
We're going to guess "non".
