At the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) in Addis Ababa, President Goodluck Jonathan has missed his speaking slot.
Over 50 African heads of states and other international dignitaries in attendance have been waiting the President to address the special session of the African Union.
